30-day money-back guarantee

Geolytic.app offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, including the first payment and any renewal payment.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at hello@geolytic.app and we will help.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling does not by itself issue a refund; request one as described above if you are within 30 days.
